By purchasing the Tech Stack Diagnostic from The Technology Queen ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Service Description

The Tech Stack Diagnostic is a strategic review service provided by The Technology Queen. Upon purchase, you will receive:

  • Access to a 5-minute intake form to describe your current tech stack
  • A personalized 20-30 minute Loom video analysis delivered within 5 business days
  • Strategic recommendations for optimizing your technology systems

NO REFUND POLICY: Due to the personalized nature of this service, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued, no matter the point in the process.

Your Responsibilities

As a purchaser of the Tech Stack Diagnostic, you agree to:

  • Complete the intake form within 7 days of purchase
  • Provide accurate information about your tech stack and business systems
  • Provide at least one public-facing link so we can analyze your system architecture
  • Check your email (including spam/promotions folders) for delivery of your video diagnostic

Delivery Timeline

Your personalized video diagnostic will be delivered within 5 business days of receiving your completed intake form. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

No Login Required

This is a strategic analysis based on the information you provide and publicly available links. We do not require, request, or accept passwords or login credentials to your platforms. You are not granting us access to any of your systems.

Intellectual Property

The video diagnostic, analysis, and recommendations provided are for your personal or internal business use only. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the diagnostic with others
  • Create derivative products or services based on our methodology
  • Use our analysis to offer competing diagnostic services

Disclaimer of Warranties

This diagnostic is provided for informational and strategic purposes only. While we make every effort to provide accurate analysis based on our experience with 500+ clients, we make no guarantees about specific results you may achieve by implementing our recommendations.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TECHNOLOGY QUEEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE ($97).

Implementation Services

The Tech Stack Diagnostic is a strategic review only and does not include implementation services. If you choose to hire us for implementation work after receiving your diagnostic, separate terms and pricing will apply.

Privacy

Any information you provide through the intake form will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing your diagnostic. We will not share your business information with third parties.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of these Terms as they exist at the time of purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
