Your personalized video audit will be delivered within 5 business days of receiving your completed intake form. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
This is a strategic analysis based on the information you provide and publicly available funnel pages. We do not require, request, or accept passwords or login credentials to your platforms. You are not granting us access to any of your backend systems.

This audit is provided for informational and strategic purposes only. While we make every effort to provide accurate analysis based on our experience auditing 500+ funnels over 12+ years, we make no guarantees about specific conversion improvements or revenue increases you may achieve by implementing our recommendations.
Conversion rates depend on many factors including traffic quality, offer-market fit, pricing, competition, and execution. Results will vary.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TECHNOLOGY QUEEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE ($97).
The Funnel Audit is a strategic review only and does not include implementation services. If you choose to hire us for implementation work after receiving your audit, separate terms and pricing will apply.
Any information you provide through the intake form, including your funnel URLs, email sequences, and business information, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing your audit. We will not share your business information, funnel strategy, or proprietary processes with third parties.
This audit is designed for funnels that are already receiving traffic. If your funnel has zero traffic or fewer than 100 visitors in the past 30 days, we may recommend traffic generation strategies first, as conversion optimization requires baseline traffic data to be most effective.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of these Terms as they exist at the time of purchase.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
